Women … why do you wear heels in the workplace? They are noisy and uncomfortable.?
I personally think that all our workplace rules are contradictory. They say they want us men to behave and anything as simple as a smile can be transformed into a problem of sexual harassment in the workplace but allows women to wear heels, have their legs, cleavage show, wear dresses that fit every curve of their bodies, wear perfume solid (whose goal is to perfume to attract men pheromones on her ..) … and then wonder why men look women with bulging eyes. But first, the heels are noisy and uncomfortable, why wear them. The same as street shoes for men … who wants to hear clip clop all day walking back and forth on a hard floor? The men wear suits that conceal everything … we do not wear muscle t-shirts at work and tight pants that show or packages. My point is, our cultural rules for the workplace seem contradictory …. and the fact that high heels and shoes dress men are too noisy for the workplace.
I agree. Women should wear flats all sensitive. Slut shoes and clothes are totally inappropriate. You really should discuss with the Department of Human Resources.
